Shatta Wale launches Gold Card membership for Shatta Movement fans

Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has announced the launch of a new Gold Card membership programme for members of his fan base, the Shatta Movement, with registration set at GH¢100.

In a post shared on X, formerly Twitter, on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 the musician said the initiative is aimed at officially registering members of the Shatta Movement and creating a verified database of supporters.

“We are ready to officialise our Shatta Movement members with real identity and data. Register now by clicking the link below. Get your Gold Card membership after registration with just GH¢100 to enjoy premium services around the world,” he wrote.

The announcement marks a new phase in the organisation of the Shatta Movement, one of Ghana’s largest and most influential fan communities.

While details about the registration process and the full range of benefits attached to the Gold Card membership have not yet been publicly disclosed, Shatta Wale indicated that registered members would have access to what he described as “premium services around the world”.

The move has already generated discussions among fans on social media, with many expressing interest in the registration and seeking clarification on the benefits and opportunities that come with the membership card.

Shatta Wale, known for his strong connection with his supporters, has over the years built the Shatta Movement into a powerful fan community that extends beyond music, influencing entertainment, business and social conversations in Ghana and across Africa.

The musician has not yet announced a deadline for registration or revealed how many members are expected to be enrolled in the first phase of the programme.

The Gold Card membership initiative is expected to provide a more structured platform for engaging supporters while strengthening the relationship between the artiste and his fan base.
